Whitehawk Energy was founded in 2009 by a diverse team of seasoned energy veterans. The management and strategic advisory team recognizes the opportunity to capitalize on oil and gas market conditions by acquiring proven producing oil and natural gas properties and cost-effectively accelerating production through the drill bit. The Company is actively building long-term partnerships within the institutional and private sectors to provide the necessary capital to acquire and further develop a diversified portfolio of producing properties. Beginning in May, 2009, Whitehawk will begin opening the doors to give financial partners, within our extensive network, the ability to participate in our growth. The proceeds from participation will be earmarked for various development programs for the Company’s portfolio, and capital to acquire additional assets that fit Whitehawk’s selection criteria and investment parameters. Whitehawk has also assembled a team of oil and gas experts, including one of the country’s top petroleum and reservoir engineers, and an independent board of strategic advisors with an impressive and diverse array of industry experience, to advise on the execution of Whitehawk’s strategic plans.
