Whitehawk Energy and its partners are currently focused on expanding our portfolio of properties within the highly prolific oil producing region of the Eagle Ford Shale Trend in South Texas as well as the Granite Wash Trend in Western Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle. A major exploration and production program is currently in full swing and shall continue throughout the balance of 2010.
Whitehawk Energy follows a proven growth model and moderates risk by only operating in areas where the presence of oil and gas has already been established and historical production data is available to accurately determine potential short and long-term returns. Sub-surface data is thoroughly evaluated by our team of geologists and engineers and quantifiable recoverable reserves remain in place.
The company builds portfolio value by technologically enhancing oil and natural gas production through horizontal drilling and multi-stage fracture stimulations. Additional growth is achieved through the drill bit by establishing new production on proven hydrocarbon producing structures. These structures contain significant bypassed reserves of untapped oil, condensate and natural gas. The company incorporates proven technologies to provide a full ROI in the shortest time frame possible.
