Michael Downs
Chief Operating Officer
Michael Downs is the Chief Operating Officer of WhiteHawk Energy.
Mr. Downs is also a Partner at PhiCap Advisors, LLC, a financial and capital advisory firm specializing in clean energy and energy transition capital raises.
Before joining WhiteHawk, Mr. Downs served as Chief Operating Officer of Falcon Minerals Corporation (NASDAQ: FLMN), where he oversaw operational strategy and performance.
Earlier in his career, he served as Vice President of Operations at the Atlas family of companies, including Atlas Energy Group and Atlas Resource Partners, as well as several of their subsidiaries.
Mr. Downs began his career as an Audit Manager with Protiviti, where he specialized in risk and financial controls. He holds a degree in Accounting from Drexel University.
